Joe Dion, Chairman & CEO
A seasoned leader with over four decades of experience in the energy sector, including past leadership at Frog Lake Energy. He has a proven track record in securing First Nations equity ownership in major resource projects, such as cogeneration and through the Western Indigenous Pipeline Group. He is a former Chief of Kehewin Cree Nation and Grand Chief of Alberta and founding Chairman of Indian Resource Council of Canada.
His work emphasizes reducing environmental impact through exploration of alternative energy sources while promoting Indigenous-led job creation and long-term economic sustainability for communities.
Joshua Dion, President
With a strong background in both the energy sector and technology innovation,Joshua Dion brings valuable expertise to his roles. He has spent several years contributing to Frog Lake Energy Resources Corp and Windtalker Energy Corp, gaining hands-on experience in energy resource management.
His unique combination of energy sector experience, technology management, and strong business acumen positions him as a valuable asset in bridging the gap between resource development and Indigenous relations.
